Evaluation of Gram negative bacteria (GNB) and endotoxin and airborne levels in textile industry, grain industries , newspaper refuse go downs etc. Occupational health of tobacco harvesters & its prevention. toxicity testing using microbial test systems.
Multigenicity  testing of complex environmental mixtures and  biological samples using microbial test system. estimation urinary metabolites like cotinine, 1- hydroxypyrine etc by HPLC.
